The economic context is characterised by the fact that the University's financial framework is largely controlled and regulated by the state, but also consists of competitive and market-determined funds.
Within these contexts, SDU’s managers must exercise leadership taking into account SDU’s regulations, staff policy guidelines, salary policies, collective agreements, occupational health and safety legislation and other administrative rules.
