This is a guide on how to plan and carry out a walk ‘n’ talk meeting
Studies have shown that attending walking meetings can have a positive effect on your health, well-being, mood and relationship with colleagues, as well as your ability to develop ideas and be creative. This guide aims to disseminate and inform about the walk ‘n’ talk meeting as a meeting format at SDU.
"It's about breaking the habit. I often hold meetings online or in a traditional meeting room. But something interesting happens when I try a walking meeting. It opens up for reflection and creative thinking when I'm on the move."
- Ole Skøtt, Dean of the Faculty of Health Science
