SDU Research Academy

The Research Academy is designed based on the Just in Time principle. We know from research
that new knowledge and tools must be immediately transferrable to the assistant professors' and
associate professors' daily research work if we are to succeed in implemen)ng the new knowledge
and tools in practice. To succeed with the Just in Time principle, we move away from classic
continuing education with several days of teaching from 8 am to 4 pm, and work both
asynchronously and synchronously.
