Employee ID/access card

As an employee at SDU, you must have an employee ID card that you can present when you are on SDU’s premises.

Your CRM officer, who is usually also your local HR employee, orders your employee ID card. The employee ID card is ordered through the system CRM system (SDU's User Administration System).

If you lose your employee ID card, contact your CRM manager who can order a new one or help you get a replacement card.

As a new employee, you must create a personal PIN code that you use to enter campus outside the opening hours.

Access with Employee ID Card

Your employee ID card also serves as an access card for the SUND building and the rest of Campus Odense.

You have access to the building sections and rooms relevant to your department.

If you arrive before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m., you will need to use your employee ID card to unlock doors via the access control units (small black boxes) located beside the doors.
