As employees at SDU, we take care of each other as colleagues if we suspect that someone is not thriving. This means that it is considered collegial to have a care talk with a colleague who is unhappy or is exposed to threats or violence.
Of course, it is always important to involve the immediate manager if there are circumstances or incidents that are detrimental to an employee’s well-being.
Rampage incidents
An emergency response concept has been developed called 'Rampage incidents', such as school shootings.
